#DogsDinner prize winners announced!

Following our #DogsDinner Christmas campaign this year, we’re delighted to announce our winners! Saving Yorkshire’s Dogs, Carla Lane Animals in Need and Dogs 4 Adoption have been gifted 200 festive dog’s dinners each!

Saving Yorkshire’s Dogs, which is based near Ripon, in North Yorkshire, Carla Lane Animals in Need of Liverpool and Dogs 4 Adoption of Taunton all received numerous nominations on Facebook and Twitter, with members of the local community crediting the team for their hard work for homeless dogs across the country.

Julie Hart, chair at Saving Yorkshire’s Dogs, comments: “We’re thrilled with the donation we have received from Webbox and can’t thank the company enough.

“As you can imagine, winter in particular can be a tough time of year for us but, thanks to this prize, all of our dogs will have their own Christmas dinner this year.”

Julie Butcher, head of marketing at Webbox, explains: “It’s heart-warming to see how many people are keen to help local shelters at this time of year, and we are thrilled to have been able to assist.

“We had a large number of entries for Saving Yorkshire’s Dogs, so the shelter is obviously a more than worthy winner.”

Julie Hart concludes: “It was amazing to see so many kind words from people nominating us for this prize. We would like to thank everyone who took the time to send in their nominations, as well as the team from Webbox for such a great gift – it really has made our Christmas!”
