After a nationwide initiative to feed homeless dogs this Christmas, eight animal shelters across the UK have received a festive delivery of dog’s dinners from leading UK pet food brand Webbox.
Countless entries were received across social media, after the manufacturer invited the Great British public to help them deliver 1000 meals to homeless dogs throughout the UK, before the 25th December.
Julie Butcher, marketing manager at Webbox, explains: “We have a fantastic Christmas collection which includes a Natural Festive Dinner Tray with Turkey – and after some heart-warming entries from our social community, we chose shelters from all over that country that received the most votes.
“We want to thank each and every person who selflessly took time out to nominate these deserving homes, and ultimately supported us in making this special delivery.”
