If you’re not happy with any item in the Webbox Naturals range, we are happy to refund the cost of your product as part of our 100% satisfaction guarantee*.

In order for us to process your refund, we need a bit of information from you. Without this, a refund cannot be made.

Please send the below items & details directly to our Customer Relations Team:

The product you purchased- there needs to be 60% or more remaining.

Your name, address and a short statement stating why you weren’t satisfied with the Webbox Naturals product. This statement should be at least 15 words and can either be typed or handwritten.
A valid till receipt showing the purchase of the product.

The barcode of the product you are claiming a refund for.

Terms and Conditions

Refunds available to UK residents only, aged 18 and over with the exclusion of employees and their immediate families of Pets Choice Limited.
Applications for a refund request must be made within 2 calendar months from the date of purchase.
The offer is only available on Webbox Naturals products on sale in the UK.
This offer is limited to one money back application for one Webbox Natural product per household only within a 12 month period.
In order to claim go to: Webbox.co.uk/money-back-guarantee and ensure that you send all of the required items to us.
The maximum pack weight covered by this guarantee is 2.5kg.
More than 60% of the food (by weight) must be returned to Webbox Pet Food.
Only valid applications will be accepted. Till receipts cannot be returned. A valid application must comprise of the all items listed below.

a) Typed or handwritten on plain paper: your name, address and (in no less than 15 words) a statement stating why you did not like the Webbox Natural product.
b) Valid original till receipt showing the purchase of one of the packs as listed in Clause 4 above.
c) The barcode of the product you are claiming a refund for which you would have cut off.

The items as listed in Clause 8 must be sent to: Customer Relations Team, Pets Choice Ltd, Brentwood House, Lower Philips Road, Blackburn, BB1 5UD.

No responsibility can be accepted for applications lost, delayed or damaged in the post. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
Postage costs associated with the claim shall be the responsibility of the claimant.
Qualifying applicants will receive a full refund for the cost of the product being returned as shown on their accompanying till receipt.
Full refunds will be sent in the form of a cheque made payable to the original claimant. Please allow at least 28 working days for validation. This offer does not affect your statutory rights.
By participating in this promotion, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
