Sad to rate Webbox a 4 but there seems to be a lack of communication between the stock that is offered and what actually is available. I feel certain that communication between the warehouse and the webpage could be quicker and avoid disappointment for cats and customers. I raise this point because it is not the first time I have had problems with my order
