Eligibility: This Giveaway is open to residents of mainland UK, excluding the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and The Scottish Highlands. Entrants much be aged 18 years or older at the date of entry in order to qualify. Employees of Pets Choice and their immediate families are ineligible to participate in the competition.

Agreement to Rules: By entering this competition, The Entrant (“You”) agrees to abide by the Sponsor’s Official Rules and decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. By entering this competition, You warrant that You are eligible to participate based on the eligibility requirements outlined. You also agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to this competition.

Entry Period: The Competition begins at the time of posting on our official social media channels, and ends at 23.59pm on the date publicised via the social media post. To be eligible to win the prize, entries must be received within the specified entry period.

How to Enter: Entrants must follow the entry rules set out via the post on social media, and your entry must meet all outlined requirements in order to be selected as the winner. Entries that do not meet the entry criteria will be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Prizes: The Winner(s) of the competition (“The Winner”) will receive the prize outlined within 28 working days of the closing date. The prize(s) shall be determined solely by the Sponsor and the prize cannot be transferred for an alternative prize or cash value. By accepting the prize, The Winner grants permission for the Sponsor to use the Winner’s likeness, entry and name or social media handle for purposes of announcement, advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

Selection and Notification of Winner: The winner will be selected at random under supervision of the Sponsor. The Sponsor will notify the winner by responding to their entry by comment on the competition post, via direct message or by email. Contact will be attempted three times within 7 calendar days of the competition closing date, in the event of no response within 10 calendar days of the competition closing date, a new winner will be selected. The Sponsor is not responsible for nor shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notifications of contact attempts.

Rights Guaranteed by You: By submitting an entry into this competition, You understand and agree that the Sponsor, where permitted by law, has the right to print, publish, broadcast, distribute and user in any media known now or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, worldwide and without limitation, your submission, name, photo, and statements about the competition for promotional purposes without any further notice, review, consent, compensation or renumeration. Where photos are submitted as part of your entry, You agree that entries are original work and do not violate anyone’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. Should your submission infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others and any claims that arise as a result of infringement, You shall defend or settle against such claims at your sole expense, and You shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Sponsor from any suit.

Terms & Conditions: In its sole discretion, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the competition should events beyond the Sponsor’s control impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct or administration of the competition.
